Grade 3- Grade 8 Christmas Concert Tomorrow!

On December 17, 2019, students from Grade 3 to Grade 8 will put on two performances at the St. Jude’s Academy Dome. Our afternoon performance will begin at 1:00 pm, with doors opening at 12:30. Our evening performance will begin at 6:30 pm, with doors opening at 6:15 pm. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. Please keep in mind that outside food and drinks are not permitted in the Dome.

For our evening performance, families are welcome to take our shuttle from St. Jude’s to the Dome and back. Shuttles will begin running from 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Please meet in the main office.

We encourage all families to come bundled up to stay warm and cozy for the entire show. The students and teachers have put a tremendous amount of work into their performances and kindly ask that all families stay and enjoy the show until the end.

Boys: Please ensure you come to school in your school grey pants and blue socks, with any shirt as you will change into your costumes in the morning.

Girls: Please ensure you come to school in something that is easy to change in and out of, along with bring your comb or hairbrush if you did not leave it at school today.

All students: Please ensure your black shoes are at school. If you wore them home, please bring them back tomorrow as they are part of our costume!

Inquiry into Math
We took up our math review this morning, as a class, to prepare us for the test on Wednesday. I have gone through each review and will be sending home worksheets tomorrow for your child to get a little more practice on the concepts that were more challenging for them on the review. I know we have our concert tomorrow night, however please try to get some of these worksheets done as it will help them prepare for Wednesday's test.

Christmas Concert Rehearsals
We ran through two dress rehearsals today and the students did a fantastic job! Tomorrow is our big day and I cannot wait for you all to see all the hard work we have put into our performance.
